Processing Time:

 

The time I need to prepare an o order varies. In most circumstances I will be able to ship our orders within 2-3 business days.

 

Shipping Times:

North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over how long the package will arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

WEATHER

Hot Weather

To prevent heat damage to our whipped sugar scrubs, body butters, and lip butters during shipping, we check the weather at the destination address for each order during the summer months. If the weather is above 90*F either here in Titus, Alabama or at the destination address, we will hold the package and ship when the weather cools off. This can mean delays in shipping packages to some parts of the country in the summer months.

Lead Time

As a general rule, orders are shipped one to seven days after being ordered. Please order early for Christmas!
