Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your product arrives damaged or defected, please email us within 24 hours with a photo of said product. Please use the contact form below to contact us about any issues you have and we will get it resolved.

Refunds: After receiving pictures of product photo of damage or defect, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process to exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
